Ingredients

  • 3 Green chilies
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • A pinch of Hing
  • Curry leaves

Tikhmithala

Instructions

Step 1: Roast green chilies well on gas as we roast vange.

Step 2: Transfer the roasted chilies into a blender jar and add curd, coriander leaves, salt, sugar.

Step 3: Blend it together into paste and transfer the paste into a bowl.

Step 4: For tadka heat up oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.

Step 5: When mustard seeds pop up add cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves and add this tadka into tikhmithale.

Step 6: Mix well and tikhmithale is all ready.

Notes

  • You can store this in freeze for about 2 weeks.
  • You can have it with bhakari or chapati. It goes well with rice too.
