Ingredients

Aloo Masala Paratha

  • 1 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • 2 boiled and grated Potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • A pinch of Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • Garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • Maggie Masala-e-Magic
  • Rice flour
  • Ghee
  • Red chili powder
  • Maggie Masala-e-Magic

Green Peas Pulav

  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Cloves
  • Black Pepper
  • Green Cardamom
  • Finely chopped Green chili
  • 7~8 Cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup frozen Peas
  • Cooked Rice
  • Salt to taste
  • Maggie Masala-e-Magic
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Instructions

Aloo Masala Paratha

Step 1: Mix wheat flour and salt well together and add a little water at a time to knead semi soft dough.

Step 2: Cover and rest the dough for about 15-20 minutes.

Step 3: Mix boiled potato, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garlic paste, salt, coriander leaves, Maggie Masala-e-Magic well together and stuffing is ready.

Step 4: Take a small portion from the dough and make a small disc from it.

Step 5: Fill in the stuffing and bring the edges together.

Step 6: Close the unda up and seal it well.

Step 7: Sprinkle rice flour on the rolling board and roll out thick paratha from the unda.

Step 8: Heat up a pan on medium heat and transfer the paratha on it.

Step 9: When paratha is roasted well from both sides spread ghee and roast it well.

Step 10: Sprinkle red chili powder and Maggie Masala-e-Magic on both sides of paratha and roast it.

Step 11: Take the paratha off on a wire rack and aloo masala paratha is ready.

Green Peas Pulav

Step 12: Heat up ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Step 13: When cumin seeds splutter add cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom and black pepper, green chili and cashew nuts.

Step 14: Fry well until cashew nuts get light golden color.

Step 15: Add frozen peas and fry well.

Step 16: Add cooked rice, salt and Maggie Masala-e-Magic and fry well.

Step 17: Add coriander leaves and mix well. Green peas pulav is ready.

Notes

  • You can add finely chopped onion in paratha if you want.
  • You can use oil in place of ghee to spread on the paratha if you want.
