Ingredients

  • 3 cups Water
  • Salt
  • Penne pasta
  • Pasta masala
  • 2~3 tsp Water
  • Oil
  • Chopped green Capsicum
  • Chopped red Capsicum
  • Chopped yellow Capsicum
  • Paneer cubes (Optional)
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Everest chili flakes
  • Everest Oregano

Creamy pasta

Instructions

Step 1: Heat up water in a pan and add salt penne pasta.

Step 2: Boil the pasta on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes.

Step 3: When the pasta is cooked well drain all the water from it and keep it aside.

Step 4: For making pasta masala paste take pasta masala in a bowl and add water.

Step 5: Mix well and masala paste is ready.

Step 6: Heat up oil in a pan and add green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum.

Step 7: Fry for about a minute and add paneer cubes.

Step 8: Fry together for about a minute. Add tomato puree and fry for about 3-5 minutes.

Step 9: Add pasta masala paste and mix well.

Step 10: Add boiled pasta, mozzarella cheese and mix in quickly.  Pasta is ready.

Step 11: Serve it will garlic bread garnished with chili flakes and oregano.

Notes

  • You can use pasta of your choice.
  • You can use the dry masala according to your taste.
  • Adding paneer is optional You can skip it if you don’t want.
  • You can use processed cheese in place of Mozzarella cheese.
