Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Finely chopped Onion
  • Fresh green peas
  • Chopped Carrot
  • Red chili powder
  • Garam masala
  • Black pepper powder (Optional)
  • Chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup Tomato puree
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Macaroni pasta
  • Cheese

Instructions

  • Heat up oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds, finely chopped onion, fresh peas, carrot and mix well.
  • You can add veggies of your choice.
  • Fry well on low heat for about 5-6 minutes.
  • Add red chili powder, garam masala, black pepper powder and mix well.
  • Black pepper powder is optional. You can skip if you don’t want to.
  • Add tomato puree, salt, sugar and mix well.
  • Cook everything well for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Boil water in a pan. Add salt and macaroni.
  • Cook macaroni well.
  • Transfer the cooked macaroni from hot water into the hot sauce or gravy and mix well.
  • Cook for just 2 minutes.
  • Add cheese and mix well.
  • Macaroni pasta is all-ready.

Notes

  • Transfer the cooked hot pasta from boiling water directly into hot gravy or sauce. If you follow this step pasta won’t be dry. It will be nice and juicy.
