Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • Sliced Green pepper
  • Sliced Mushrooms
  • Finely chopped Spinach
  • Garlic powder
  • Mixed herbs / Italian seasoning
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Pasta
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Finely chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Maida
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cartons Tomato puree
  • Water
  • Mixed Herbs / Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt
  • Mozzarella cheese / Processed cheese

Instructions

  • Heat up oil in a pan. Add green pepper and mushrooms.
  • You can add veggies of your choice like corn or sliced tomatoes.
  • Fry the veggies for just about 2 minutes. Do not cook more.
  • Veggies should retain their crunch.
  • After 2 minutes add spinach and mix well. You can skip spinach if you don’t like.
  • Add garlic powder. You also can add garlic paste or grated garlic.
  • Add mixed herbs and black pepper powder.
  • Mix well and turn off the gas.
  • Add salt and mix well. Keep the stir fried veggies aside.
  • Boil the pasta as per the instructions on the packet.
  • Heat up a pan and add butter.
  • When butter melts, add onion and garlic paste. Mix well and cook for about 3-4 minutes until onion turns soft.
  • Blanch tomatoes in hot water for about 5-6 minutes.
  • Peel them and chop them finely. Add tomatoes into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add black pepper powder and salt to taste.
  • Mix well and add maida. Don’t add more maida.
  • As the more maida you add, thicker the sauce will be. 2 tsp maida is enough.
  • Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add milk and mix well. No lumps should be formed.
  • Cook the sauce for 4-5 minutes after adding milk.
  • Add tomato puree and water.
  • Add mixed herbs, brown sugar. You can add powder or regular sugar too.
  • Add chili flakes and salt. Mix well and cook the sauce for about 7-8 minutes really good.
  • Add hot boiled pasta in hot sauce. Do not drain the water from boiled pasta and don’t let it cool.
  • Add hot pasta into hot sauce.
  • Add stir fried veggies and lots of cheese.
  • You can add either mozzarella cheese or processed cheese too.
  • Mix everything well together and cook on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.
  • You also can transfer this into baking tray and bake on 180 Deg C for about 10 minutes.
  • Pasta is already.
  • You can serve the pasta as it is with garlic bread.
