Eggless Rose Milk Cake

Ingredients

For Cake Base

  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup Rose syrup
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 2 cups Maida

For Rose Milk

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh Cream
  • 3~4 tsp Rose syrup

For Rose Milk Cake

  • Whipped Cream
  • Sliced Pistachios
  • Fresh Rose petals

Instructions

For Cake Base

Step 1: For making the cake base, take curd in a bowl and add baking powder.

Step 2: Mix well until it becomes frothy.

Step 3: Add rose syrup, oil and mix everything well together quickly.

Step 4: Sieve maida into the wet mixture and mix everything well.

Step 5: Line up a baking tray with butter paper and pour the batter into it.

Step 6: Spread the batter well and tap the tray really good.

Step 7: Take a cooker or pan and place an empty tray or pot at the base.

Step 8: Place the cake tray on the empty tray and close the lid.

Step 9: Bake the cake on low to medium heat for about 40-45 minutes.

Step 10: Remove the lid and check with tooth pick.

Step 11: Take the tray out and cover it with a cotton napkin for about 30-45 minutes to cool down completely.

For Rose Milk

Step 12: Take cold milk and add fresh cream, rose syrup and beat it well.

Step 13: Transfer it into freeze to cool down.

For Rose Milk Cake

Step 14: Prick the cake with tooth pick and pour the rose milk on it.

Step 15: Transfer the cake into freeze to set.

Step 16: Spread whipped cream on the cake and garnish with pistachios, fresh rose petals.

Step 17: Transfer the cake into freeze to set for about an hour.

Step 18: Take the cake out with the help of butter paper and cut it into pieces. Rose milk cake is all ready.

Notes

  • You can sprinkle baking soda at the base of the cooker if you want.
  • You can bake the cake on oven at 180 Deg C for 40 minutes.
  • You can use whipping cream in place of fresh cream.
  • You can use dry rose petals in place of fresh ones.
