Easy and Quick Anda Thali

Ingredients

Anda Chingari

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Finely chopped Onion
  • Finely chopped Tomato
  • 4~5 Tomato slices (Optional)
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Besan
  • 2~3 tsp Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • Boiled and chopped Eggs
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Masala Pav

  • Butter
  • Ladi pav
  • Red chili powder
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Tawa Egg Pulav

  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Finely chopped Onion
  • Finely chopped Tomato
  • Finely chopped Capsicum
  • 1 tsp Pav bhaji masala
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • Cooked Rice
  • 1 tsp Pav bhaji masala
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Butter (Optional)
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Anda curry thali

Instructions

Anda Chingari

Step 1: Heat up oil in a pan and add onion.

Step 2: Fry well until onion gets golden color.

Step 3: When onion begins to turn light golden add tomato and fry well for another 3-4 minutes.

Step 4: Add tomato slices and mix well.

Step 5: Add garam masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder and fry everything together for about a minute.

Step 6: Move this masala along the edge of the pan and add besan in the remaining space.

Step 7: Fry besan for about 3-4 minutes and mix it well with the masala.

Step 8: Add water, salt and cook well for about a minute.

Step 9: Again move the masala along the edge of the pan and add oil in the remaining space.

Step 10: Break egg in the oil and cook it well.

Step 11: Mix the cooked egg into the masala and add boiled eggs.

Step 12: Mix well and add coriander leaves.

Step 13: Mix well and anda chingari is all ready.

Masala Pav

Step 14: Heat up a pan on medium heat and add butter.

Step 15: Break open ladi pav and spead butter on one side.

Step 16: Place the buttered side of the pav on the pan and roast it well.

Step 17: Spread butter on other side and flip the pav over.

Step 18: Sprinkle red chilli powder, coriander leaves and flip the pav over.

Step 19: Again red chilli powder, coriander leaves and roast the pav well.

Step 20: Take the roasted pav off into a dish and masala pav is all ready.

Tawa Egg Pulav

Step 21: Heat up oil in a pan on medium heat and add cumin seeds.

Step 22: When cumin seeds splutter add onion and fry well until it gets light golden color.

Step 23: When onion begins to turn light golden add tomato and fry for another 4-5 minutes.

Step 24: Add capsicum and fry for about a minute.

Step 25: Add pavbhaji masala, red chili powder, salt and mix well.

Step 26: Move the masala along the edge of the pan and add oil in the remaining space.

Step 27: Break eggs in the oil and cook well to make scrambled egg.

Step 28: Mix it well with the masala and add cooked rice, pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, salt, butter coriander leaves.

Step 29: Mix everything well together and fry for about 3-4 minutes. Tawa egg pulav is all ready.Easy anda thali

Notes

  • Adding tomato slices in anda chingari is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
  • You can use boiled and grated egg for anda chingari.
  • Adding butter in tawa egg pulav is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
