Ingredients

  • 3~4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp grated Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs / Pizza seasoning
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 Bun pav
  • Mozzarella cheeseQuick bun garlic bread

Instructions

Step 1: Take soft butter in a bowl and add garlic, chili flakes, mixed herbs, coriander leaves.

Step 2: Mix everything well together and butter for garlic bread is ready.

Step 3: Take bun pav and make 4 slits across. Do not cut it through. Just make slits.

Step 4: Spread butter inside the slits of the bun.

Step 5: Fill in Mozzarella cheese in the slits.

Step 6: Spread butter on the bun pav.

Step 7: Transfer the bun pav into oven and bake on 200 Deg C for just 10 minutes.

Step 8: Take the dish out of microwave and spread a little butter on it again. Garlic bread is all ready.Simple bun garlic bread

 

Notes

  • You can use garlic powder in place of fresh garlic.
  • You can add finely chopped veggies of your choice if you want.
  • You can use burger bun in place of bun pav.
  • You can use slice bread too.
  • You can spread pizza sauce or stuff veggies if you want.
  • You can use processed cheese in place of mozzarella cheese.
  • You can use kadhai or cooker if you don’t have oven.
  • Place a jali or empty pot in cooker and bun pav on it.
  • Bake on medium to high heat for about 15-20 minutes in cooker.
