Ingredients

  • Boiled and peeled Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Rock salt
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • Finely chopped Green chili (Optional)
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Ladi pav
  • Green mint chutney
  • Mozzarella cheese (Optional)
  • Sliced Tomato
  • Sliced Onion
  • Sliced Capsicum
  • Butter

Instant aloo masala pav

 

Instructions

Step 1: Mash the potatoes well with masher and add coriander powder, rock salt, red chili powder, green chili, coriander leaves, salt.

Step 2: Mix everything well together. Aloo masala is ready.

Step 3: Take ladi pav and cut it open.

Step 4: Spread green chutney on both the sides of the pav and stuff aloo masala.

Step 5: Spread cheese on it and press a little.

Step 6: Place few tomato slices, onion slices, capsicum slices on it and close it up.

Step 7: Heat up a pan on medium heat and add butter.

Step 8: Place the pav on it and toast well from both sides.

Step 9: When lower side is roasted a little, spread butter on upper side and flip it over.

Step 10: When lower side is roasted a little flip over again and sprinkle red chili powder, coriander leaves on upper side.

Step 11: Roast for a few seconds and aloo masala pav is all ready.

Notes

  • Adding green chili is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
  • You can add lemon juice if you want.
  • Using cheese is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
  • Or you can use cheese slice in place of mozzarella cheese.
  • You can use veggies of your choice.
