Ingredients

Strawberry Ice cream

  • 2 cups Ice cream base
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry jam

Rajbhog Ice cream

  • 2 cup Ice cream base
  • 2 tsp hot Milk
  • Few Saffron strands
  • 2 tsp powdered Sugar
  • Grated Khoya
  • Chopped assorted Dry nuts (Almonds, Cashew nuts, Pistachios)

Fruit Ice cream

  • 2 cups Ice cream base
  • 1/4 tsp Mixed fruit essence
  • Dry fruits (Cranberries, Apricots, Kiwi)

Chocolate Ice cream

  • 2 cup Ice cream base
  • 2 tsp unsweetened Cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp powdered Sugar

Fruit ice cream

Instructions

Break the base with the help of fork and whip it with hand blender like whipping cream.

Strawberry Ice cream

Step 1: Microwave the strawberry jam for 30 seconds and keep it aside.

Step 2: Take ice cream base in a bowl and add strawberry jam. Mix well.

Step 3: Transfer the mixture into a plastic container and close the lid.

Step 4: Transfer the container into freezer to set overnight or for about 7-8 hours.

Rajbhog Ice cream

Step 5: Soak saffron strands in milk.

Step 6: Take ice cream base in a bowl and add saffron milk, sugar, khoya. Mix well.

Step 7: Dry roast dry nuts a little and add it to the mixture.

Step 8: Mix everything well together and transfer it into a plastic container.

Step 9: Close the lid and transfer the container into freezer to set for overnight or for about 7-8 hours.

Fruit Ice Cream

Step 10: Take ice cream base into a bowl and add mixed fruit essence. Mix well.

Step 11: Add dry fruits and mix well.

Step 12: Transfer the mixture into a plastic container.

Step 13: Close the lid and transfer the container into freezer to set for overnight or for about 7-8 hours.

Chocolate Ice Cream

Step 14: Take ice cream base into a bowl and add cocoa powder, powdered sugar. Mix everything well together.

Step 15: Add choco chips and mix well.

Step 16: Transfer the mixture into a plastic container and garnish with few choco chips.

Step 17: Close the lid and transfer the container into freezer to set for overnight or for about 7-8 hours.

Chocolate Ice cream

Notes

  • You can use strawberry crush or pulp in place of jam.
  • If you have fresh strawberries then chop them into pieces. Cook it along with sugar to make strawberry crush and let it cool down. You can use this crush too.
  • You can use milk powder in place of khoya for rajbhog ice cream
  • You can skip fruit essence if you don’t want in fruit ice cream.
  • You can use tutti fruit in place of dry fruits.
  • You can use grated chocolate in place of choco chips.
  • You can skip choco chips if you don’t want.
