Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp / 1 small katori Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 kg chopped Raw Mango
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions

Step 1: Take mustard seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds in a blender jar and blend it into fine powder. Pickle masala is ready.

Step 2: Wash kairi really good and let it dry.

Step 3: Chop kairi into pieces.

Step 4: Add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder into kairi and mix well.

Step 5: Add pickle masala, oil and mix well.

Step 6: Transfer the pickle into a glass bottle and rest it for 2 days.

Step 7: You can enjoy the pickle after 2-3 days of making.

Notes

  • You can store kairi pickle for about a year.
