Easy 4 Types Ice Cream

Ice cream is an all time favorite dish. Everybody loves ice cream. Summer is on. So ice cream recipe is must. We already have seen few ice cream recipes. But in this recipe we are not using any cream, whipped cream or fresh cream, not even condensed milk or milk powder. You can make these ice creams easily with the ingredients easily available in your kitchen. These ice creams turn out really nice and testy. This is a very easy and simple recipe. You can try this recipe at home.

If you think of making ice cream then you need whipped or fresh cream or condensed milk or milk powder etc. These things are not easily available everywhere. So today I will show you the ice cream recipes those do not need any fancy ingredients but can be made from those are easily available with you. Ingredients

For Base

  • 1 1/2 liter full cream Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 tsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp G.M.S. powder (Optional)

Fro Dry Fruit Ice Cream

  • 4~5 Almonds
  • 4~5 Cashew nuts
  • 2~3 drops Saffron essence
  • Yellow food color (Optional)
  • Few Pistachios slices
  • Few Almonds slices

For Paan Ice Cream

  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • Cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp Gulkand
  • 5 Betel leaves
  • 2~3 tsp Khas syrup
  • Few Tutti frutti

For Chocolate Ice Cream

  • 2 tsp Cocoa powder
  • A little Chocolate syrup

For Mango Ice Cream

  • Mango pulp
  • Chopped Mango
  • Few Pistachios slices

Creamy ice cream

Instructions

For Base

Step 1: Heat up milk in a pan.

Step 2: When milk begins to boil add sugar and mix well.

Step 3: Take corn flour in a bowl and add G.M.S powder.

Step 4: Add milk to make slurry and add this slurry into the boiling milk.

Step 5: Mix well and boil well until the mixture thickens up really good for about 10 minutes.

Step 6: Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down completely.

Step 7: Blend the mixture well with hand blender.

Step 8: Transfer the mixture into a plastic container and close the lid.

Step 9: Transfer the container into freezer to set overnight.

Step 10: Take the container out of the freezer and rest it for about 10 minutes.

Step 11: When the base softens a little cut it into pieces. Ice cream base is ready.

Fro Dry Fruit Ice Cream

Step 12: Transfer some of the base into a blender jar and add almonds, cashew nuts, saffron essence, yellow food color.

Step 13: Blend everything together well into smooth paste in mixer.

Step 14:  Transfer the mixture into ice cream mold or into a plastic container and garnish with few pistachios and almonds.

Step 15: Set it in freezer for about 3-4 hours.

For Paan Ice Cream

Step 16: Take fennel seeds, cardamom powder in a blender jar and blend it into coarse powder.

Step 17: Add gulkand, chopped betel leaves and blend it into paste. You can add a little water if needed. Paan masala is ready

Step 18: Transfer some of the ice cream base into a blender jar and add 2~3 tsp paan masala, khas syrup.

Step 19: Blend eberything tohether and pour out the mixture into an ice cream mold or plastic container.

Step 20: Garnish with few tutti frutti Transfer the container into freezer to set for about 3-4 hours.

For Chocolate Ice Cream

Step 21: Transfer some of the base into a blender jar and add cocoa powder, chocolate syrup.

Step 22: Close the lid and blend everything together.

Step 23: Transfer the mixture into a ice cream mold or plastic container and transfer it into freezer to set for about 3-4 hours.

For Mango Ice Cream

Step 24: Transfer some of the ice cream base into a blender jar and add mango pulp.

Step 25: Blend together and transfer the mixture into an ice cream mold or plastic container.

Step 26: Garnish with few mango pieces, pistachio slices and transfer the container into freezer to set for about 3-4 hours.

Creamy 4 types ice cream

Notes

  • Adding G.M.S. powder is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
  • You can blend the base mixture in mixer too.
  • You can add saffron milk in place of saffron essence and food color in dry fruit ice cream.
  • You can use chocolate powder or melted chocolate in place of cocoa powder. You can skip chocolate if you don’t want.
  • You can use mango pieces in place of mango pulp.
  • You can add sugar depending on the sweetness of the mango.
