Ingredients

  • 4~5 Tomatoes puree (boiled with a piece of beetroot)
  • 1 tbsp grated Garlic
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs / Pizza seasoning / Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 Bread slices
  • 2~3 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced Onion
  • 1/4 cup boiled Sweet corn
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced Tomato (without seeds)

Instructions

Step 1: Take tomato puree in a bowl and add grated garlic to it.

Step 2: Add mixed herbs, chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt, and sugar into the bowl.

Step 3: Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to prepare the instant pizza sauce.

Step 4: Arrange four bread slices close to each other on a flat surface to form a large square.

Step 5: Place a round dish over the arranged bread slices and cut through them to make a perfect round pizza base shape.

Step 6: Heat a pan on low flame and melt some butter on it.

Step 7: Place the cut bread slices on the pan and toast them from only one side until crisp.

Step 8: Remove the toasted bread slices from the pan and turn off the gas.

Step 9: Add some more butter to the same hot pan and let it melt in the residual heat.

Step 10: Arrange the bread slices back on the pan with their untoasted side facing down.

Step 11: Spread a generous amount of the prepared pizza sauce evenly over the top toasted side of the bread slices.

Step 12: Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.

Step 17: Turn off the gas and keep the pan covered for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
