Ingredients

  • 1 cup Maida
  • 1/2 cup Corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black Pepper powder
  • Water as needed
  • 400 gm Paneer
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 10~15 finely chopped Garlic cloves
  • 1” finely chopped Ginger
  • 1 finely chopped Onion
  • 1 finely chopped Carrot
  • 5~6 finely chopped French beans
  • 1 finely chopped Capsicum
  • Chopped Green chilies
  • 1 Onion chopped into cubes
  • 1 Capsicum chopped into cubes
  • 1/2 tsp black Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • Water as needed
  • Chopped spring Onion

Chili Paneer dry

Instructions

Step 1: Mix maida, corn flour, salt and black pepper powder well together and add a little water at a time to make little thick batter.

Step 2: Heat up oil on medium heat and when oil is hot enough increase the heat to high.

Step 3: Dip the paneer cubes into the maida batter and drop them into hot oil.

Step 4: When paneer cubes get nice light golden color from all sides, take them out, drain excess oil and transfer them into a dish.

Step 5: Heat up oil in high heat and add garlic.

Step 6: Fry for few seconds and add ginger. Fry for few seconds.

Step 7: Add onion, carrot, French beans, capsicum, green chilies and cubes of onion and capsicum and fry everything well together on high heat for just 1 minute.

Step 8: Add black pepper powder, soya sauce, chili sauce and tomato sauce and mix in quickly.

Step 9: Mix corn flour and water together to make slurry and add this slurry into the veggies.

Step 10: Mix well and cook it together for just about a minute.

Step 11: Add spring onion and fried paneer cubes and mix everything well together.

Step 12: Add spring onion and mix well. Chili paneer is ready.

Notes

  • You can use rice flour in place of corn flour.
  • You can add salt in the sauce if you want.
