Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Gavhacha rava / Daliya
  • Chopped Almonds
  • Chopped Cashew nuts
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup hot Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • Cardamom powder
  • Tulsi leaves (Optional)

Sheera prasadam

Instructions

Step 1: Heat up a pan on medium heat and add ghee.

Step 2: When ghee melts, add rava, almonds, cashew nuts and roast together on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes.

Step 3: When rava gets nice reddish color, move it aside add banana sliced in the remaining space.

Step 4: Roast bananas well and mix well the roasted rava.

Step 5: Add hot milk and mix in quickly.

Step 6: Cover and cook until milk is absorbed into the rava for about 5 minutes.

Step 7: Remove the lid and add sugar, cardamom powder and a little left over ghee. Mix everything well together.

Step 8: Add tulsi leaves and mix well.

Step 9: Cover and cook for just 5 minutes. Prasadacha sheera is all ready.

Notes

  • Adding tulsi leaves is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
