Ingredients

  • 100 gm light green Chilies
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 10~12 Garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Wash chilies well and remove the stalk.

Step 2: Heat up oil on low heat in a skillet.

Step 3: Add green chilies, garlic and roast it together on low flame for about 6-7 minutes.

Step 4: When brown spots begin to appear on the chilies, turn off the gas and let it cool down.

Step 5: Transfer it into the mortar and mash it coarsely with the help of pestle.

Step 6: Add salt and mix well. Thecha is all ready.

Notes

  • You can blend it in mixer too.
  • You can serve it with bhakari. Add a little oil while serving.
