Ingredients

Carrot Soup

  • 1 Chopped Carrot
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1~2 Garlic cloves
  • 1~2 pieces of Green chili
  • Water as needed
  • Finely chopped Spinach
  • Roasted Cumin powder
  • A little garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Black salt to taste
  • Black Pepper powder

Pumpkin Soup

  • 200 gm chopped Pumpkin
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1~2 Garlic cloves
  • 1~2 pieces of Green chili
  • Water as needed
  • Black Pepper powder
  • Chili flakes
  • Mixed herbs
  • Salt to taste

Tomato Soup

  • 3 Tomatoes cut into half
  • Grated Beet root
  • 1~2 Garlic cloves
  • 1~2 pieces of Green chili
  • Water as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper powder
  • Chili flakes
  • Mixed herbs

Tomato soup

Sweet Corn Soup

  • 1 cup Sweet Corn
  • 1~2 pieces of Green chili
  • 1~2 Garlic cloves
  • Water as needed
  • Finely chopped Carrot
  • Few Sweet corns
  • Black Pepper powder
  • Mixed herbs
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice
  • Finely chopped Spinach

Spinach Soup

  • 1/4~1/2 cup Water
  • Green peas
  • 1~2 pieces of Green chili
  • 1~2 Garlic cloves
  • Spinach leaves
  • Water as needed
  • Black Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

Carrot Soup

Step 1: Steam carrot, tomato, garlic and green chili together on medium heat for about 15 minutes.

Step 2: Let it cool down a little and transfer it into a blender jar.

Step 3: Blend it into puree in mixer and transfer it into a pan.

Step 4: Add water to adjust the consistency, spinach, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, salt, black salt and black pepper powder and mix well.

Step 5: Bring the soup to boil and carrot soup is ready.

Pumpkin soup

Step 6: Steam pumpkin, tomato, garlic and green chili together on medium heat for about 15 minutes.

Step 7: Let it cool down a little and transfer it into a blender jar.

Step 8: Blend it into puree in mixer and transfer it into a pan.

Step 9: Add water to adjust the consistency, black pepper powder, chili flakes, mixed herbs and salt and mix well.

Step 10: Bring it to boil and pumpkin soup is ready.

Tomato Soup

Step 11: Steam tomato, beet root, garlic and green chili together on medium heat for about 15 minutes.

Step 12: Let it cool down a little and transfer it into a blender jar.

Step 13: Blend it into puree in mixer and strain it into a pan.

Step 14: Add water to adjust the consistency and mix well.

Step 15: Add salt, black pepper powder, chili flakes and mixed herbs and mix well.

Step 16: Simmer the soup on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes and tomato soup is ready.

Sweet Corn Soup

Step 17: Blend sweet corn, green chili and garlic into smooth puree in mixer and transfer it into a pan.

Step 18: Add water to adjust the consistency, carrot, sweet corns and cook everything well together for at least 10 minutes.

Step 19: Add black pepper powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, salt, lemon juice and spinach and mix well.

Step 20: Cook it together for about a minute and sweet corn soup is ready.

Spinach Soup

Step 21: Heat up water in a pan and add green peas, green chili, garlic and spinach leaves.

Step 22: Cook it together on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Flip the spinach over at intervals.

Step 23: Let the mixture down and transfer it into a blender jar.

Step 24: Blend it into puree and transfer it into a pan.

Step 25: Add water to adjust the consistency, black pepper powder and salt and mix well.

Step 26: Simmer the soup for about 5 minutes.

Step 27: Add lemon juice and mix well. Spinach soup is ready.

Sweet corn soup

Notes

  • You can add veggies according to your choice in each soup like potato or onion, etc.
  • You can add spring onion or ingredients of your choice in carrot soup.
  • You can add lemon juice if you want in place of black salt in carrot soup.
  • You can add lemon juice in pumpkin soup if you want.
  • You can skip straining the tomato puree if you want for tomato soup.
  • You can add sugar or gudh according to your taste if you want in tomato soup.
  • You can add ginger if you want in sweet corn soup.
  • You can add finely chopped capsicum or veggies of your choice if you want in sweet corn soup.
  • You can add spring onion in place of spinach If you want in sweet corn soup.
  • You can add butter or cream while serving if you want.
  • You can garnish the soups according to your taste and choice.
