Ingredients

  • 1/2 liter full fat Milk
  • Chopped Dry nuts (Almonds, Cashew nuts)
  • 3~4 tsp soaked Aliv
  • Khareek powder
  • Cardamom powder

Instructions

Step 1: Heat up milk in a pan and add dry nuts, khareek powder.

Step 2: Soak aliv in enough water for about 2-3 hours.

Step 3: Add 3-4 tsp soaked aliv into the milk and mix well.

Step 4: Cook on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes.

Step 5: Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 6: Turn off the gas and alivachi kheer is all ready.

  • You can add sugar if you want.
  • You can store the soaked aliv in freeze.
