Upwas thali is made on the occasion of Ashadhi ekadashi. Today I am showing some new and different fasting recipes. I am trying to make the meal healthier and testier. In Maharashtra there is tradition of fasting on the 11th day of Marathi month Ashadh. People fast for 24 hours. So you need to come up with different and tasty fasting recipes. This is a very special upwas thali. If you are fasting for 24 hours then you must have something healhy and tasty too!! This thali contains chips, a sweet dish, paneer sabzi, all time favorite sabudana khichadi, koshimbir, batata bhaji and ghavan too!! You don’t have to make all these recipes in a go. I have just incorporated them in one thali. You can make different recipes according to your choice.
