Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Finely chopped Garlic
  • Finely chopped Ginger
  • Sliced Onion
  • Chopped Green chilies
  • Chopped Carrot
  • Chopped beans
  • Chopped Capsicum
  • Cooked Rice
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • Black Pepper powder
  • Sliced Cabbage

Easy fried rice

Instructions

Step 1: Heat up oil in a pan and add garlic, ginger.

Step 2: Fry together for few seconds and add onion.

Step 3: Fry onion for a few seconds and add green chilies, carrot, beans, capsicum.

Step 4: Add cooked rice, soya sauce, black pepper powder, cabbage and mix well.

Step 5: Fry everything together for about 2-3 minutes.

Step 6: Add spring onion and mix well. Fried rice is all ready.

Quick veg fried rice

Notes

  • Avoid frying veggies longer. They should retain their crunch.
  • You can add cabbage along with other veggies if you want.
  • Cooked rice contains salt. Sauces also have salt. So I avoid adding salt. 
  • If you want you can add salt according to your taste.
