Smoothie is a healthy drink that is made by blending fruits and vegetables. It mostly has a base of milk or yogurt or ice cream or paneer. But today we are making smoothie without milk. These turn out nice, thick and testy. You can have these itduring fast or any other days too. This can be good for diet too. You can try this recipe at home.

Smoothies are health drink. If you are on diet then this is the perfect recipe for you. You can have these healthy smoothies on fasting day as well on any other days too. Kids also will like to have these as they look nice and taste fantastic. We are not using milk in these smoothies. So you can call these as vegan smoothies.

Ingredients

For Banana Walnut Smoothie

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Rural treasure Coconut milk powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Walnut
  • Raisin

For Apple Rose Smoothie

  • 1 Apple
  • 1/4 cup Rose syrup
  • 1 tsp Rural treasure Coconut milk powder
  • Water

Healthy drink Smoothies

Instructions

For Banana Walnut Smoothie

Step 1: Cut banana into pieces and transfer them into a blender jar.

Step 2: Add sugar, Rural treasure coconut milk powder, water and blend everything together.

Step 3: Add walnuts and blend just once.

Step 4: Transfer the smoothie into a glass and banana walnut smoothie is all ready.

Step 5: Garnish with a walnut and raisin.

For Apple Rose Smoothie

Step 1: Cut apple into pieces and transfer into a blender jar.

Step 2: Add rose syrup, Rural treasure coconut milk powder, water and blend everything well together.

Step 3: Transfer it into a glass and apple rose smoothie is all ready.

Step 4: Garnish with rose syrup.

Notes

  • You can use gudh in place of sugar.
  • If you want then you can blend walnuts with banana.
  • You can use almonds, peanuts or black raisins in place of walnuts.
