Ingredients

  • Few Ice cubes
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp Fresh cream

Instructions

  • In a bowl, take ice cubes.
  • Add preferably homemade curd. You can use Amul yogurt too as it ahs the same texture as homemade curd.
  • Add milk and powdered sugar. Blend with help of Ravi or whisk.
  • Blend for just about a minute.
  • Transfer the lassi into a glass.
  • Take homemade fresh cream or malai on milk and blend it.
  • Add this fresh cream on lassi.
  • Lassi is already.

Notes

  • Use homemade curd as it has a nice grainy texture.
  • Never use a mixer or blender for blending yogurt. If you use a mixer or blender, then you will make a smoothie and not lassi.
  • You can adjust the thickness of lassi according to your taste.
