Ingredients

Mattha

  • Buttermilk
  • 4 tsp grated Ginger
  • Black Salt
  • Black Pepper powder
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp powdered Sugar

Mattha

Limbu Sarbat

  • 1 glass Water
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Ginger juice
  • 2 tsp powdered Sugar
  • A pinch of black Salt
  • Soaked Basil seeds / Sabja seeds

Limbu sarbaT

Chocolate Mocha

  • 1/2 tsp Coffee powder
  • 1/2 tsp unsweetened Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered Sugar
  • Hot Water
  • 1 tsp Chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup cold Milk

Sweet Lassi

  • 1 cup Curd
  • 3 tsp powdered Sugar
  • Assorted chopped Dry nuts

Pyar Mohabbat ka Sharbat

  • 1 cup cold Milk
  • 2 tsp Rose syrup
  • Chopped Watermelon

Jaljira

  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves
  • Chopped Green chili
  • Ginger slices
  • Cumin powder
  • Black Pepper powder
  • Chat masala
  • Black salt
  • 2 cups Water
  • Lemon juice
  • A pinch of Salt

Instructions

Mattha

Step 1: Take buttermilk in a jug and squeeze grated ginger in it.

Step 2: Add black salt, black pepper powder, coriander leaves, cumin powder, powdered sugar and mix everything well together. Mattha is all ready

Limbu Sarbat

Step 3: Take water in a glass and add lemon juice, ginger juice, powdered sugar, black salt, soaked sabja seeds.

Step 4: Mix everything well together and limbu sarbat is all ready.

Chocolate Mocha

Step 5: Take coffee powder in glass and add unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered sugar, hot water.

Step 6: Beat it really good until the mixture turns frothy and creamy for about 2-3 minutes.

Step 7: Add chocolate syrup and mix well.

Step 8: Add milk and mix well. Chocolate mocha shake is all ready.

Sweet Lassi

Step 9: Take curd in a jug and add powdered sugar.

Step 10: Beat it together really good.

Step 11: Add dry fruits and mix well. Sweet lassi is all ready. 

Pyar Mohobbat ka Sharbat

Step 12: Take milk in a glass and add rose syrup. Mix well.

Step 13: Add watermelon and pyar mohobbat ka sharbat ia all ready.

Jaljira

Step 14: For making masala of jaljira take coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, ginger, cumin powder, black pepper powder, chat masala, black salt, in a blender jar and blend everything into paste.

Step 15: Jaljira masala is ready. This masala is enough for 5 cups water.

Step 16: Take water in a jug and add blended masala.

Step 17: Add lemon juice, salt and mix well. Jaljira is all ready.

Notes

  • You can use 1 portion curd and 2 portions water. Beat it well together to make buttermilk for mattha.
  • Soak 1 tsp sabja seeds in 2 tsp water for limbu sarbat.
  • You can add cardamom powder or kevra essence in sweet lassi if you want for flavoring.
  • You can add ice cubes if you want in pyar mohobbat ka sharbat.
  • You can skip watermelon if you don’t want in pyar mohobbat ka sharbat.
