Ingredients

  • 1 cup Maida / All purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • Salt to tsate
  • 1/4 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 1/4 cup Water
  • Oil

Instructions

  • ake maida into a bowl.
  • Add corn flour, sat to taste, vinegar and mix well. Add water and mix well.
  • The consistency of batter should be runny.
  • Heat up a pan on lowest possible setting.
  • Add a little oil and spread it all over the pan with a tissue paper.
  • Add a ladleful batter at the center of the pan and swril it around quickly.
  • Increase the heat to low to medium.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the batter leaves the sides of the pan.
  • When the wrapper becomes transperant and the edges begin to dry out, losen the edges quickly.
  • Lift the wrapper from one side and take it off the pan into a dish.
  • Keep the wrapper covered with a damp cloth.
  • The wrapper is already.
  • You can make 12 medium size wrappers from 1 cup maida.
  • You can store them in freezer upto a month.
