Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango pulp
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Water
Instructions
- Take mangoes and peel them. Cut into pieces and blend them into pulp.
- Take mango pulp into a pan. Add sugar, lemon juice, and water.
- You can change the quantity of sugar according to your taste.
- Mix well. Keep on stirring continuously.
- Cook on medium heat until it gets nice glaze and thickens up for about 20-25 minutes.
- Its quantity reduces cooking and also it changes its color from light yellow to dark yellow.
- When the mixture comes together really good and it gets a nice glaze, turn off the gas.
- Mango jam is already. Let it cool down completely.
- You can store mango jams in are tight container preferably seal pack glass bottle.
- Jam remains good in the freeze for about 3 months.
- You can apply jam on chapatti and have it as a roll.
- This goes well with bread too.
