Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mango pulp
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions

  • Take mangoes and peel them. Cut into pieces and blend them into pulp.
  • Take mango pulp into a pan. Add sugar, lemon juice, and water.
  • You can change the quantity of sugar according to your taste.
  • Mix well. Keep on stirring continuously.
  • Cook on medium heat until it gets nice glaze and thickens up for about 20-25 minutes.
  • Its quantity reduces cooking and also it changes its color from light yellow to dark yellow.
  • When the mixture comes together really good and it gets a nice glaze, turn off the gas.
  • Mango jam is already. Let it cool down completely.
  • You can store mango jams in are tight container preferably seal pack glass bottle.
  • Jam remains good in the freeze for about 3 months.
  • You can apply jam on chapatti and have it as a roll.
  • This goes well with bread too.
