Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp or 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 cups desiccated Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Heat up a pan on medium heat.
  • Add ghee, sugar, milk and let the sugar melt.
  • When sugar melts add desiccated coconut, milk powder and mix everything well together.
  • Cook on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • You can add dry fruits if you want.
  • Grease a plate with ghee and transfer the cooked mixture into it.
  • Spread the mixture evenly.
  • Wait for about 15-20 minutes until it cools down a little.
  • Cut it into pieces and coconut burfi is all ready.
