Ingredients

  • 6 Oreo cookies
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 th tsp Eno fruit salt
  • Shredded chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  • Break the Oreo biscuits roughly. Blend the biscuits in a blender pot.
  • Add milk and fruit salt. Blend the mixture again.
  • Take moulds. Pour the blended batter into the pot just enough to fill up the bottom of the mould. Add shredded chocolate.
  • Pour the batter all over the chocolate again.
  • Put the moulds in the microwave for 1 minute. After a minute, remove the moulds. Adjust the time according to your microwave.
  • Let it stand for 5 minutes.  
  • Pour out the cupcakes after 5 minutes into a dish. You can top these cupcakes with whipped cream or chocolate ice-cream.  
  • The cupcakes are already.
