Ingredients

For Badam Milk Shake

  • 1/2 liter full cream / full fat Milk
  • Few chopped Almonds
  • Few chopped Cashew nuts
  • 7~8 soaked Almonds
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Custard powder
  • 1 tsp Milk
  • Few Almond slices
  • Few Cashew nut slices

For Chocolate Shake

  • 5 Chocolate cookies or Biscuits
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cocoa powder
  • Milk
  • Few Chocolate shreds

For Pyar Mohabbat ka Sharbat

  • 1 glass cold Milk
  • 3~4 tsp Rose syrup
  • Chopped Watermelon
  • Few Ice cubes

Instructions

For Badam Milk Shake

Step 1: Heat up milk in a pan and add few dry nuts.

Step 2: Soak almonds and peel them.

Step 3: Transfer them into a blender jar and blend into fine powder.

Step 4: When the milk begins to boil add almond powder, sugar and mix well.

Step 5: Take custard powder into a bowl and add milk to make slurry.

Step 6: Add the slurry into milk and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

Step 7: Turn off the gas and let it cool down completely.

Step 8: The badam milk shake is ready to serve.

Step 9: Garnish with few almond slices and pistachios slices.

For Chocolate Shake

Step 10: Break chocolate cookies into a blender jar and add sugar, cocoa powder, milk.

Step 11: Blend everything together in mixer.

Step 12: Take a serving glass and pour chocolate syrup along the edge of the glass.

Step 13: Pour the shake into the glass and garnish with few chocolate shreds. Chocolate shake is all ready.

For Pyar Mohabbat ka Sharbat

Step 14: Take milk in a jar and add rose syrup. Mix well.

Step 15: Add watermelon and mix well.

Step 16: Add few ice cubes in a serving glass and pour the sharbat.

Step 17: Garnish with watermelon slices and pyar mohabbat ka sharbat is all ready.

Notes

  • You can use corn flour in place of custard powder for badam milk shake.
  • You can use chocolate or chocolate syrup in place of cocoa powder for chocolate shake.
  • You can add 1 tsp gulkand if you like in pyar mohabbat ka sharbat.
