Bhindi masala is a regular sabzi with a little twist. We are adding a magic ingredient to make the sabzi tastier that is Maggie Masala-e-magic. This masla gives fantastic taste to bhendi. Do try it and do not forget to drop a comment for me. You also can like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients

  • 250 gm Bhindi / Okra
  • 1 Big finely chopped Onion
  • 1 Medium finely chopped Tomato
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 sachet Maggie Masala-e-magic
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Wash bhindi and pat dry it. Cut it into small pieces.
  • Heat up oil and add onion.
  • Mix well and fry until onion turn light golden.
  • Add tomato, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala and red chili powder.
  • Mix well and fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add bhindi and mix well.
  • Cook for about 7-8 minutes until bhindi is completely cooked.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Add Maggie Masala-e-magic and mix well.
  • Cook for just 2 minutes. Bhindi masala is already.
  • Bhindi masala can be served with chapatti, roti or fulka.
  • It also goes well as side dish with rice.
  • This is a good lunch box option.
