Points to Remember

• Wash the beans really good 3-4 times with water.
• Always use whole beans for sprouting. Split beans don’t sprout.
• Soak the beans in a lot of water for at least 7-8 hours or overnight.
• After soaking just wash the beans once well.
• Transfer the soaked beans into a strainer.
• Cover the strainer with a wet cloth or napkin and keep it at a warm place overnight.
• Sprouted beans are ready.
