Ingredients

  • 1 litre Buttermilk
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 10~-12 Mint leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • A little Green chili
  • 1” Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt

Instructions

  • Take ginger, green chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves into a blender jar.
  • Blend everything into fine paste. Add a little water while blending so that it will be blended into nice puree.
  • Add masala puree into buttermilk.
  • Add black pepper powder, black salt, chat masala and mix it well with beater.
  • Masala chaas is already.
  • Taste it and you can add spices according to your taste.
  • For mixing, try to use beater instead of mixer. It tastes better.

Notes

  • You can use 1/2 curd & 1/2 cup water to make buttermilk at home.
