Ingredients

  • 1 tin / 250 ml Fresh cream
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk powder
  • 3 tbsp Dry nuts (Cashew nuts & almonds blended into a powder)
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Take out fresh cream into a jar.
  • You can use heavy whipping cream instead of fresh cream.
  • Add milk powder, sugar and mix well for about 4-5 minutes.
  • You can use a hand blender or immersion blender too.
  • Add dry nuts, cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture into kulfi molds.
  • You can use plastic cups, short glasses, or popsicle molds too.
  • Close the lids and freeze them in the freezer until it sets.
  • It takes around 6-8 hours for kulfi to set.
  • It is better if you set the kulfi overnight.
  • Take the kulfi mold out.
  • Open the lid and insert a popsicle stick in the center of kulfi.
  • Loosen the sides with the help of a knife.
  • Take the kulfi out and enjoy it.
