These eggless pancakes are probably the easiest things to do in a jiffy. It has fluffy and lighter texture and can be served with various toppings.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Eno Fruit Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix flour and sugar in a deep bowl.
  • To that add milk and butter, vanilla and mix well to make lumpfree batter.
  • Add Eno Fruit salt, mix and set batter aside for 5 mts.
  • Now heat up frying pan on a medium to high heat.
  • Grease pan with butter.
  • Pour ladleful of pancake batter at the center of pan.
  • Let that spread by itself.
  • Cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface of the pancake.
  • Give it a flip and cook other side till it gets golden brown.
  • Serve with any topping of your choice like maple syrup, honey, butter, whipped cream, fruits, chocolate chips...

Notes

  • Make sure frying pan is enough hot before adding batter.
  • For variation add chocolate chips or fruits to the batter.

Hi Madura,
I made pancake using this recipe but they were sticking on the pan and were difficult to flip. Why so?
