Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp finely chopped Garlic
  • Sliced Onion
  • Finely chopped Carrot
  • Finely chopped Beans
  • Shredded Cabbage
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Red chili paste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Cooked rice
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • A pinch of Salt
  • A pinch of Black pepper powder

Instructions

  • Heat up oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic, onion, carrot, beans and fry for just 2 minutes.
  • Do not overcook the veggies. They should retain their crunch.
  • Add cabbage and mix well.
  • Move the veggies aside in the pan and break eggs in the remaining space.
  • Mix well and cook the eggs for just 2 minutes.
  • Mix eggs and veggies well together.
  • Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, red chili paste, black pepper powder and mix well.
  • Add cooked rice, salt and mix well.
  • Fry for a few minutes.
  • Egg fried rice is already.
  • Heat up oil in a pan.
  • Break an egg and sprinkle salt, black pepper powder.
  • Cover and cook for a few minutes.
  • When omelet is cooked well transfer it on the fried rice and serve.
