Ingredients

  • Roasted Urad papad
  • 1 Small finely chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Kanda lasun masala
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 slice of Lemon
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl crush the papad.
  • Add kanda lasun masala, coriander powder and salt.
  • You can use kala masala, varhadi masala, solapuri masala or any other masala that you traditionally use.
  • You can decide the quantity of masala according to your taste.
  • Squeeze the lemon on the spices.
  • This helps to reduce the intense flavour or heat in the spices.
  • Add oil, coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Papad chutney is already.
  • This is a fantastic side dish.
