Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • Slit Red Chili
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Large Potato
  • Salt for taste
  • Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  • Heat up oil in the pan.
  • Once oil is hot then add whole coriander seeds and roast it till it changes its color and nice aroma starts coming out
  • Grind these roasted coriander seeds coarsely.
  • Pre heat oil in the pan and then add cumin seeds and let it sizzle.
  • Add roasted cumin powder, red chili, amchoor powder and coriander powder and cook it for a mins
  • Add boiled potato and salt and mix it well
  • Cover up and cook it for 4~5 mins on medium heat
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Jeera aloo is already to serve
