Ingredients

For Stuffing

  • 250 gm Malai paneer
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Mexican sauce
  • 1 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tsp Green chutney
  • 1/4 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • Cheese

For Sandwich

  • Bread slices
  • Butter
  • Fine Shev
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • Potato chips

Quick ghotala sandwich

Instructions

For Stuffing

Step 1: Take malai paneer, capsicum, onion, Mexican sauce, mayonnaise, schezwan sauce, green chutney, chat masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder, cheese in a bowl and mix everything well together.

Step 2: Stuffing for sandwich is ready.

For Sandwich

Step 3: Take bread slice and spread stuffing on it.

Step 4: Spread cheese on it and close the sandwich.

Step 5: Heat up a griddle pan on medium heat.

Step 6: Spread butter on the upper side of the sandwich and place the buttered side on the griddle pan.

Step 7: When the lower side of the sandwich is grilled well spread some butter on the upper side and flip it over.

Step 8: When the other side is also grilled well take the sandwich off into a dish.

Step 9: Cut it into pieces and serve into a dish.

Step 10: Grate cheese on it and garnish with shev, coriander leaves.

Step 11: Serve few potato chips, green chutney, Mexican sauce, tomato sauce.

Step 12: Ghotala sandwich is all ready.

Notes

  • You can cut off the edges of the bread if you want.
  • If you don’t have griddle pan you can grill the sandwich on regular skillet too.
