Ingredients

For Jam and Nuts Sandwich:

  • 2 White bread slices
  • Jam
  • Assorted chopped dry nuts (Cashew nuts, Almonds, Walnuts)
  • Some chopped Carrot
  • Mayonnaise and curd dipping

For Banana and Walnut Sandwich:

  • 2 White bread slices
  • 1 Banana
  • Walnuts
  • Few choco chips
  • Butter

For Aloo Masala Sandwich:

  • 1 tsp Oil
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • A pinch of Hing / Asafoetida
  • A piece of green chili
  • Curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 medium-size boiled, peeled and mashed Potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped Coriander
  • 2 White bread slices
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Butter

For Cheesy Grilled Vegetable Sandwich:

  • 1 tsp Olive
  • Finely chopped green, yellow and Red Capsicum
  • Finely chopped Spinach
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 White bread slices
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Grated Mozzarella cheese
  • Butter

Instructions

For Jam and Nuts Sandwich:

  • Take toasted bread slices and spread jam on them.
  • You can use bread without toasting too.
  • Add mixed nuts. You can use peanut butter instead of dry nuts.
  • Cover with another bread slice and jam and the nuts sandwich is already.
  • Pack the tiffin with some chopped carrot and mayonnaise and curd dipping.
  • You can give sprouts in place of raw veggies like carrot or cucumber.
  • Pack some sprouts with a pinch of chat masala, roasted cumin powder, and coriander leaves.

For Banana and Walnut Sandwich:

  • Take bread slices and add banana slices to it. Add walnuts.
  • You can use cashew nuts or almonds or roasted peanuts instead of walnuts.
  • You can use pieces of white chocolate or chocolate syrup or nutella in place of choco chips. Or use nothing.
  • Close with another slice. Spread butter on one side.
  • You can use ghee in place of butter.
  • Place the buttered side on pan and grill until it gets nice grill marks.
  • Spread butter on other side and flip over.
  • Grill from another side as well.
  • The banana and walnut sandwich is already.

For Aloo Masala Sandwich:

  • Heat up oil in a pan.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste. Mix well.
  • Add hing, green chili, and curry leaves. Mix well.
  • Add turmeric powder and mix well. Turn off the gas.
  • Add boiled and mashed potatoes, salt, and lots of coriander leaves.
  • Mix well. Aloo masala is already.
  • Before making sandwiches, remove green chili and curry leaves aside.
  • Take white bread slices and spread tamarind chutney on it.
  • Spread aloo masala on it and cover it with another bread slice.
  • Spread butter and place buttered side on the pan.
  • Grill until it gets a nice grill mark.
  • Spread butter on the other side and flip over.
  • Grill from another side as well. Aloo masala sandwich is already.
  • Pack the tiffin with some pomegranate and few dry nuts.

For Cheesy Grilled Vegetable Sandwich:

  • Heat up olive oil in a pan.
  • Add assorted bell pepper and fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Capsicum should not lose its crunch and should not become soft.
  • You can replace yellow bell pepper with grated carrot and red capsicum with deseeded, finely chopped tomatoes.
  • You also can add onion, paneer too.
  • Add spinach, mixed herbs, garlic powder, lemon juice, and salt to taste.
  • You can add tomato in place of lemon juice.
  • You can add freshlyly grated garlic instead of garlic powder.
  • After about 3-4 minutes, turn off the gas.
  • Take white bread slices and spread tomato ketch up on it.
  • You can use pizza or pasts sauce instead of tomato ketch up.
  • Spread a layer of fried veggies on it. Spread mozzarella cheese and cover with another bread slice.
  • You can use processed cheese or cheese slice in place of mozzarella cheese.
  • Spread butter on one side and place it on a griddle pan.
  • Grill nicely from one side.
  • Spread butter on other side and flip over.
  • Grill form another side too.
  • The cheese grilled vegetable sandwich is already.
