Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • Salt to Taste
  • 4 tsp finely chopped Onion
  • 2 tsp finely chopped Coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Take rice flour in a deep bowl, add yogurt, salt to taste, and mix well.
  • Add water, mix, and make a thin batter. Add onion and coriander leaves.
  • Heat skillet on medium to high heat. Pour a tsp of oil and spread it over the skillet.
  • Pour batter and roast till it gets a nice golden color.
  • Serve with sauce, chutney, or curry!

Notes

  • For soft dosas make a thick batter.
  • For healthy variation add some chopped veggies in a batter.
