Ingredients

  • 3~4 tsp Butter
  • 4 finely chopped Onions
  • 1 1/2 finely chopped Tomato
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Pav bhaji masala
  • 2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 2 finely chopped Capsicum
  • 125 gm Cauliflower florets
  • Green peas
  • 2 medium size peeled, chopped Potatoes
  • 1/2 grated Beet root
  • Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Butter

Easy cooker pav bhaji

Instructions

Step 1: Heat up cooker on medium heat and add butter.

Step 2: When butter melts add onion and fry until it gets nice golden color.

Step 3: Add tomato, ginger-garlic paste and fry until tomato is cooked well.

Step 4: Add pav bhaji masala, red chili powder and fry everything together for about a minute.

Step 5: Add capsicum, cauliflower, green peas, potatoes, beet root and mix well.

Step 6: Add water, salt and mix well.

Step 7: Close the lid and cook on medium heat until 3-4 whistles.

Step 8: Open the lid and mash veggies really good with masher.

Step 9: Add butter and simmer pav bhaji on medium heat for just 5 minutes.

Step 10: Pav bhaji is all ready.

Step 11: Serve pav bhaji with ladi pav, onion, butter and lemon.

Notes

  • You can add veggies according to your choice.
  • Try to use finely chopped veggies.

You can serve pav bhaji with butter and a little roasted ladi pav, finely chopped onion and a slice of lemon. It looks nice and tastes just awesome.
