Ingredients

For Sandwich:

  • 1 cup finely shredded Cabbage
  • Sliced Green, Yellow, and Red Bell peppers
  • Sliced Onion
  • 2 Eggs
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed Black pepper

For Dressing:

  • Chili sauce
  • Mayonnaise

For Assembling Sandwich:

  • Butter
  • White bread slices
  • Cheese slice (Optional)

Instructions

For Sandwich:

  • In a bowl take cabbage, bell peppers, onion, black pepper powder, chili flakes, and salt.
  • You can add veggies of your choice or those available with you.
  • Break the eggs in it. Mix well with the help of a fork.
  • Heat up a pan on medium heat and add some butter.
  • Pour out the vegetable mixture on the pan.
  • Try and spread the mixture into a large square.
  • When the lower side is cooked divide it into 4 parts so that it is easier to flip over.
  • Flip it over and cook from another side too.
  • When the vegetable mixture is cooked well, turn off the gas and keep the pan aside.

For Dressing:

  • In a bowl take chili sauce.
  • Add mayonnaise and mix well.
  • You can use ketchup instead of chili sauce.
  • The dressing is already. Keep it aside.

For Assembling Sandwich:

  • Transfer two portions of the cooked vegetable on two bread slice.
  • Add some dressing and spread it.
  • Cover it up with other portions of cooked vegetables.
  • Top up with a cheese slice. You can skip the cheese if you don’t like it.
  • Cover it up with another bread side.
  • Spread some butter on the bread.
  • Heat up the same pan on medium heat.
  • Add butter and transfer the sandwich on the pan.
  • When the lower side gets nice brown color flip the sandwich over and cook from another side as well.
  • When the lower side gets nice golden color take the sandwich off the pan and put it into a dish.
  • The vegetable sandwich is already.
