For Peanut Ladoo:
- 1 cup Roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup Gudh / Jaggery
- 1 tsp Ghee
- Cardamom powder
- Raisins for garnishing
For Roasted Chana Dal ladoo:
- 1/4 cup Dry nuts (Cashew nuts and almonds)
- 1 cup Roasted chana dal
- 2~3 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 3~4 tsp Ghee
- Raisins for garnishing
For Rose Ladoo:
- 4 tsp Ghee
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Rose syrup
- 2 cups Desiccated coconut
- Cherries for garnishing
For Choco Walnut Ladoo:
- 3~4 tsp Ghee
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1~2 drop Vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 1 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut
- Cake sprinkles
Instructions
For Peanuts Ladoo:
- Roast and peel the peanuts.
- Transfer the peanuts into a blender jar.
- Add gudh. You can add gudh according to your taste.
- Blending peanuts and gudh helps to mix gudh well with peanuts.
- Blend everything in mixer. You can decide the texture of this mixture according to your taste.
- Add ghee for binding and blend again.
- Add cardamom powder and pulse just once.
- Take the mixture out into a dish and roll ladoos of any shape and size.
- Garnish with raisin and roll again. Peanut ladoos are already.
For Roasted Chana Dal ladoo:
- Transfer the dry nuts and roasted chana dal into a blender jar.
- Blend everything into powder.
- Add powdered sugar and blend again. You can add powdered sugar according to your taste.
- Add ghee for binding and blend it again.
- Take the mixture into a dish and roll ladoos.
- Garnish with a raisin and roll the laddo again.
- Roasted chana dal ladoo is already.
For Rose Ladoo:
- Heat up ghee in a pan.
- Add milk, sugar and mix well.
- Cook until sugar melts.
- Add rose syrup and mix well.
- You can add strawberry crush, khas syrup, orange syrup, mango syrup or any syrup of your choice.
- You can also use jam like mixed fruit jam, pineapple jam, strawberry jam, mango jam or any jam of your choice if you don’t have syrup.
- Add desiccated coconut and mix well.
- Cook the mixture on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes until it comes together really good.
- Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down.
- When the mixture cools down a little, roll the ladoos.
- Garnish with cherry and rose ladoos are already.
For Choco Walnut Ladoos:
- Heat up ghee in a pan. You can use butter instead of ghee.
- Add milk, sugar and mix well.
- Cook on medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add unsweetened cocoa powder and mix well.
- When cocoa powder is mixed well add vanilla essence and mix well.
- Vanilla essence enhances the flavour of any chocolate recipe.
- Add walnuts and desiccated coconut and mix well.
- You can use 1/2 cup chocolate compound that is used to make moulded chocolate instead of cocoa powder.
- Cook on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.
- Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down.
- When the mixture cools down roll the ladoos and dip these in cake sprinkles.
- Choco walnut ladoos are already.
