Ingredients

For Stuffing:

  • Few roughly chopped Dry fruits (Almonds, Pistachios, Cashew nuts)
  • Gulkand
  • 1 tsp Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds with dhana dal
  • 1 tsp Tutti frutti
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2~3 pinches Nutmeg powder

For Making Ladoo:

  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup Milk powder
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Khas syrup

Instructions

For Stuffing:

  • In a bowl take dry nuts.
  • Add gulkand, desiccated coconut, fennel seeds with dhana dal, tutti frutti, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and mix everything well together.
  • You can use shredded dry coconut in place of desiccated coconut if you want.
  • Stuffing is already.

For Making Ladoo:

  • In a bowl take desiccated coconut.
  • Add milk powder, ghee, khas syrup, and mix well.
  • Add that much syrup enough to get binding to the mixture.
  • You can use the rose syrup in place of khas syrup.
  • As khas syrup is sweet no need to add sugar.
  • Take some mixture and fill the stuffing at the center.
  • You can again roll this ladoo in desiccated coconut if you want.
  • Close it and roll the ladoo.
  • Garnish with a piece of cherry and paan ladoo are already.
  • You can make modak too from this.
