Ingredients

  • 15oz container of Ricotta Cheese
  • 8 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 Mangoes
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • First peel the mangoes and dice it in to cubes and put all the cubes in to blender along with 1/4 cup sugar.
  • Blend to make it in to mango pulp.
  • Put Ricotta cheese in to blender and blend to make it in to smooth paste.
  • Now take heavy whipping cream in to mixing bowl, to that add mango pulp, ricotta cheese paste, powdered sugar.
  • Mix  well everything together.
  • Then beat the mixture with hand blender for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer mango ice cream mixture in to freezer proof container.
  • Close with the lid and freeze it overnight or atleast 10 to 12 hours.
