Ingredients

For Peri Peri Sauce:

  • 2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt
  • 1/4 tsp Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise

For Sandwich:

  • Bread slices
  • Boiled, peeled and sliced Potato
  • Chat masala
  • Roasted Cumin powder
  • Sliced green pepper
  • Sliced Onion
  • Sliced Tomato
  • Shredded Cabbage
  • Cheese slices

Instructions

For Peri Peri Sauce:

  • In a bowl take red chili powder.
  • You can use paprika if you don’t want sauce to be very spicy.
  • Add garlic powder, ginger powder, oregano, chili flakes, black salt, sugar and mix everything well together.
  • Peri peri spice mix is ready.
  • Add mayonnaise and mix well.
  • Peri peri sauce is ready.

For Sandwich:

  • Take bread slice and cut off the edges if you want.
  • Spread peir peri sauce on the bread.
  • Add a layer of boiled potato.
  • Sprinkle chat masala, roasted cumin powder. A
  • dd a layer of sliced green pepper, sliced onion, tomato.
  • Add a little sauce over the veggies again.
  • Add a layer of cabbage, chat masala, roasted cumin powder, a slice of cheese and close the sandwich.
  • You can use grated cheese in place of cheese slice.  
  • Peri peri sandwich is already.
  • Cut it into 4 parts and serve.
  • You can stuff all these ingredients between 2 parathas to make paratha sandwich.
