Ingredients

For Sauce

  • 10~12 Bedgi mirachya
  • Hot Water
  • 1 sliced Tomato
  • 10~12 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp chopped Ginger
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Cornflour
  • 2~3 tsp Water
  • Water

For Noodles

  • Noodles
  • Salt to taste
  • 2~3 tsp Cornflour / Maida
  • Oil for frying
  • Sliced Onion
  • Sliced Cabbage
  • Finely chopped Spring onion

Instructions

For Sauce

  • Take chilies in a bowl and soak them in enough hot water.
  • Cover and rest them for about 30 minutes.
  • Transfer the soaked chilies into a blender jar.
  • Add tomato, garlic cloves, garlic, and blend it into a fine paste.
  • Heat up oil in a pan.
  • Add the pasta and mix well.
  • Cook it for about 4-5 minutes. Do not add any water.
  • After cooking for about 4-5 minutes add salt to taste and 4-5 tsp water.
  • Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Take cornflour into a bowl and add water to make a slurry.
  • Add the slurry and mix well.
  • Cook well for another 3-4 minutes.
  • The sauce is all-ready.

For Noodles

  • Boil water in a pan and add salt.
  • Cut the noodles a little and add in boiling water and cook for just 2 minutes.
  • Do not cook longer. Do not overcook.
  • Transfer the cooked noodles into a strainer and let all the water get drained from it.
  • When the noodles cool down a little, sprinkle cornflour or maida on it and mix well.
  • You can use either maida or corn flour according to availability.
  • Heat up oil in a pan and drop the noodles in it.
  • Separate them well while dropping into the hot oil.
  • Fry noodles until these get a light golden color from both sides.
  • Take out the noodles, drain excess oil, and transfer them into a dish.
  • Take fried noodles into a bowl for making Chinese bhel.
  • Add sliced onion, sliced cabbage, spring onion and mix everything well together.
  • Add the sauce that we made according to your taste and coat noodles and veggies well with it.
  • For serving, transfer Chinese bhel into a serving dish.
  • You can garnish as you like. Garnish with fried noodles, spring onion.
  • Chinese bhel is all-ready.
