Ingredients

Base

  • 1 liter full cream Milk
  • 2 tsp Corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp C.M.C. powder (Optional)
  • Milk

Anjeer Milkshake

  • 4 dry Anjeer
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Milkshake base

Gulkand Milkshake

  • 1 cup Milkshake base
  • 1 tbsp Gulkand
  • 2 tsp Rose syrup

Dry Fruit Milkshake

  • 6~7 Almonds
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Milkshake base
  • Dry roasted and finely chopped Dry fruits (Almonds, Cashew nuts, Pistachios)
  • Dry fruits for garnishing

Chocolate Milkshake

  • 3 Chocolate cream biscuit
  • 1 tsp unsweetened Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Milkshake baseRose Milkshake

Instructions

Base

Step 1: Heat up milk on medium heat and bring it to boil.

Step 2: In a bowl take corn flour, C.M.C. powder and add milk to make slurry.

Step 3: Add the slurry in boiling milk and mix well.

Step 4: Boil the milk for another 10 minutes more.

Step 5: Turn off the gas and base the milkshake is ready. Let it cool down completely.

Anjeer Milkshake

Step 6: Wash dry anjeer really good and soak then in enough water for about 5-6 hours.

Step 7: Chop the soaked ajneer into small pieces and keep 1 one of them aside.

Step 8: Transfer the 3 soaked anjeer into a blender jar and add sugar.

Step 9: Blend it well and add the base.

Step 10: Blend it well again and transfer it into a glass.

Step 11: Garnish with soaked anjeer and anjeer milkshake is all ready.

Gulkand Milkshake

Step 12: Take the base and add gulkand rose syrup.

Step 13: Mix everything well together and pour it into a glass.

Step 14: Gulkand milkshake is all ready.

Dry Fruit Milkshake

Step 15: Soak almonds in hot water for about an hour and peel them.

Step 16: Transfer the soaked almonds into a blender jar and add sugar.

Step 17: Blend it well and add the milkshake base.

Step 18: Blend everything well together and pour it out into a glass.

Step 19: Add cashew nuts, pistachios, almonds and mix well.

Step 20: Garnish with dry fruits and dry fruit milkshake is all ready.

Chocolate Milkshake

Step 21: Break the chocolate cream biscuits roughly in a blender jar and add unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar.

Step 22: Blend it well together and add milkshake base.

Step 23: Blend well again and pour it out into a glass.

Notes

  • Adding C.M.C. powder into the boiling milk is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
  • But then in that case reduce the milk to get that perfect consistency.
  • You can use any type of chocolate cookies or biscuits for chocolate milkshake.
