Ingredients

  • Bati
  • 3 tsp Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Break down batis and transfer these into a blender jar.
  • Blend them into a fine powder.
  • You can do it with hands too but blending in mixture gives a nice texture to ladoos.
  • Heat up ghee in a pan.
  • Add churma and roast on medium heat until it turns nice golden for about 7-8 minutes.
  • Turn off the gas and add cardamom powder.
  • Mix well and let the mixture cool down a little.
  • You can add dry nuts’ powder if you want.
  • When the mixture is warm add sugar and mixes well.
  • You can also add grated gudh too instead of powdered sugar.
  • Roll the mixture into ladoos.
  • If you feel the mixture is too dry and you can’t roll the ladoos then add very little milk in it and roll ladoos.
