Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Finely chopped Onion
  • Finely chopped Tomato
  • Ginger paste
  • 2 Eggs
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato puree
  • Water
  • Chopped boiled Egg
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Heat up oil in a pan.
  • Add onion and fry until it turns light golden.
  • Add tomato, ginger paste and mix well.
  • Fry for a few seconds and move the masala towards the edge of the pan.
  • Break 2 eggs and mix egg white and egg yellow well.
  • Mix everything with onion and tomato.
  • Add garam masala, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt and mix well.
  • Add tomato puree and mix well.
  • Add a little water and mix well.
  • Add boiled egg and a little water again.
  • Mix well and add coriander leaves.
  • Mix well and anda chingari is all ready.
  • Serve with ladi pav and onion.
  • Garnish with boiled egg and finely chopped coriander leaves.
