Bahubali sandwich is a jumbo sandwich, hence the name. This is a very healthy recipe as it contains veggies, paneer etc. This is crunchy from outside and moist and soft inside. Ingredients

  • 125 gm Paneer
  • Boiled, peeled and mashed Potato
  • Boiled Corn
  • Finely chopped Capsicum
  • Sliced Tomato
  • Sliced Cucumber
  • Finely chopped Onion
  • Black pepper powder
  • Sandwich chutney
  • Schezwan sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cheese slices
  • Chat masala
  • Roasted Cumin powder
  • Butter
  • Bread slices

Instructions

  • Wash paneer really good and cut it into small pieces.
  • Take the paneer into a bowl.
  • Add capsicum, boiled corn, black pepper powder, chat masala, mayonnaise and schezwan sauce. Mix well.
  • You can skip schezwan sauce if you don’t like.
  • You also can skip any of these veggies and replace it veggies of your choice.
  • Stuffing is already.
  • Take bread slices and spread butter on it.
  • Bread doesn’t become soggy after spreading sauce and chutney if you spread a layer of butter on it.
  • Spread sandwich chutney and schezwan sauce on all bread slices.
  • On a bread slice add a layer of boiled potato.
  • Add onion on the potato layer.
  • Sprinkle chat masala, black popper powder, roasted cumin powder and top it up with a cheese slice.
  • Place another bread slice on it.
  • Add a layer of cucumber slices and tomato slices.
  • Sprinkle a little chat masala, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder and top it up with another cheese slice.
  • Place another bread slice on it.
  • Add paneer filling on it.
  • Cut the cheese slice into pieces and add these on the paneer stuffing along with some grated cheese.
  • Close the sandwich with a bread slice.
  • Heat up griddle pan on medium heat.
  • Add butter on the pan and transfer the sandwich on it.
  • Press the sandwich a little with a spatula so that it will be nicely roasted.
  • When the sandwich is well grilled from below, spread some butter on the upper side and flip the sandwich over.
  • Grill the sandwich from other side as well.
  • Take the sandwich off into a dish and bahubali sandwich is already.
  • Cut it into pieces and serve.
